NGO basically stands for Non-Governmental organization which doesn’t aim for a profitable business rather aim for helping all those backward members of society who are being deprived of one or another way in this society. Sometimes, the so-called “masculine” person or even those who think or behave that they are the superior people in the society tend to demoralize and push down those weaker sections who can’t really speak up against the act they are bearing. So to help out all those people there are different kinds of the organization starting from NGOs of an orphan, NGOs of a disabled person, NGOs related to old age home people. But If we only talk about India, then there are different ways by which you can legalize and register an NGOs and the selected ways can be establishing an NGO as a trust, or as a society or even as a section 8 company through company act.
Some of the social workers have a thought that it is noble work and it doesn’t need any recognition because they find the inner peace of them while helping others only. We totally understand and we truly respect this feeling as well but there are many benefits you can get if you officially register the NGO and that will not only be beneficial for you but it will be beneficial for those who are living in that NGO as well.
