Q: How did you begin your journey in the culinary arts?
A: My love for the culinary arts started at a young age taking home economics. I got my first baking recipe book at the age of 14 and got to baking. I went on to graduate from college in the field of bakery and pastry arts in Malmo.
Q: How did you come up with the idea for this company?
A: I have traveled frequently and worked with some of the best in the industry. When I wanted to start my joint, I hit a snag since there were no agencies tailored to the food sector. So I thought why not create such a platform.
Q: What makes your approach so different from other existing PR agencies?
A: We take food and beverages very seriously and will do everything to help our clients get their brand to the next level. As the founder, I work closely with the team to make sure this happens.
Q: What are some of the services you offer?
A: We organize events for product launches and culinary demos. We also offer influencer marketing on online platforms, print, and broadcast marketing among others. We provide photography and videography services for foods events.
Q: From where do you get your inspiration?
A: “I experiment with new ingredients. At times, it is difficult to work with new ingredients because there are limits to the flavors as you mix them. They can work for you or against you. New ingredients are my favorite because they open new opportunities and flavors,“ John Henry pastry chef.
Q: Do you have any words for upcoming chefs?
A: Be clean, organized, patient, and follow directions. Always have your ears open also, it helps.
